Our Story

“With our bellies full of food…let the good times roll!” —John Suh in his toast on their wedding day

There’s no denying Christine and John love sandwiches! It’s often what Christine turns to at the end of a long day and one of John’s favorite foods, particularly the burger.

And that’s how Stuffed Belly was born!

Family-owned and operated by Houston restaurateurs, Christine Ha and John Suh, the wife and husband team behind acclaimed modern Vietnamese restaurant, The Blind Goat, Stuffed Belly is their new drive-thru American sandwich shop. While Christine is best known for being the blind cook who won over Gordon Ramsay with her bold Vietnamese flavors, thereby winning season 3 of MasterChef on FOX, she wanted her third concept to be something totally different.

Sandwiches are the ultimate comfort food and easy to eat on the go, loved by folks of all ages, cultures, and walks of life. Sandwiches bring people together.
